Take a midweek creative break and paint a cozy autumn night scene! Bring your favorite drink and snacks, settle in, and let the creativity flow! In Hootful Harvest, you'll paint a wise little owl perched on a stack of pumpkins, glowing in front of a big full moon and a starry night sky, finished with a pop of purple bloom.
Step by step, you'll learn how to make the moon glow, shape and shade your pumpkins and add the feathery details that make your owl come to life.
By the end of class, you'll leave with a finished painting that's perfect for fall décor or as a handmade gift.
Book early! Registration closes 2 days in advance to give our Instructor time to prepare your canvas and supplies.
What you'll make: One finished acrylic painting on canvas to take home featuring (1) an owl perched on stacked pumpkins, (2) a glowing full moon, (3) and a starry night sky with a fall bloom.
What you'll learn:
Blending a glowing moon and night sky
Shaping and shading pumpkins
Painting feather texture and details
Layering color for depth
Skill level: Beginner. No previous experience required.
Age restriction: 16+ years.
Who's this class for: Beginners, seniors, friends, and anyone looking for a relaxing midday break.
Food & drink policy: BYOB! Guests 21+ are welcome to bring wine, beer or their favorite drink, as well as snacks or food to enjoy while you paint. Alcohol is for guests 21+ only. Please drink responsibly. Cups, plates, and serving utensils are not provided.
What to bring/ wear: All canvas, paints, brushes and aprons are provided. Just bring your favorite drinks and snacks, come dressed comfortably, and get ready to create!
Class size: This class needs at least 4 students to run and is limited to 24 students max. If minimum enrollment isn't met, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
